Since then, iWire has grown into a nationally recognized wireless electronics distributor and evolved to provide exceptional quality mobile electronics to wholesale and retail customers. Headquartered in Hackensack, NJ, iWire primarily serves the eastern half of the US from Houston, TX to Chicago, IL, to Boston, MA and Miami, FL, and cities in between.

Our new, CPO, and used handsets will bring you valuable word of mouth advertising and repeat business.
We use UPS ground, 2nd day air, or next day air for our shipping. Most orders placed before 3pm EST are shipped same day. You can provide us with your own UPS account #, or we can ship using our own volume pricing and pass on the savings. Confidence. We want to make sure you and your customers are happy. Should the rare instance occur where a repair or replacement is necessary, we provide a 60-day warranty (from delivery of your order) on most CPO and USED handsets covering defects similar to their manufacture warranty. Exceptions to our warranty are also similar to their manufacture warranty such as physical damage, LCD screens, firmware alterations, devices repaired or opened by non-iWire authorized centers, damage by defective accessories and/or non-genuine accessories. iWire, as does all manufactures, reserves the final decision to repair, replace, or reject any items under our warranty. We understand exceptions sometimes are needed, and we will work towards a fair resolution.
Items sold as new, or items with manufacture warranty remaining are covered under their separate manufacture warranty, please see the respective manufacturer’s website for handing instructions. Through past experience, iWire cannot process manufacture warranties on behalf of your location or customers.
Batteries are not covered for any specific performance or health levels under our warranty.

Cancellation Policy
Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you wish to return an item, it must be done within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.
Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is returned within 24 hours of receipt. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
