    Verify shipping container integrity, sort by category, quick visual scan for transit damage or bent frames.

    Power

    Clean/test charge port, confirm boot, battery health snapshot, and wireless charging (if supported).

    Hardware

    Fingerprint/Face ID, audio (earpiece, mic, speakers), cameras/flash, buttons, touch, sensors, Wi‑Fi/BT/cellular, GPS, SIM/eSIM.

    Phone Grading

    Cosmetic evaluation under bright light; assign standardized grade (A+/A/A‑/B/C) with notes and photos as needed.

    Shipping & Delivery

    Same‑day local delivery or overnight shipping with protective packaging and batch labels.

Cosmetic Grading

Standardized appearance grades. All grades are fully functional per the checklist unless otherwise noted.

Grade Cosmetics Notes
A+ Like‑new or open‑box; no visible wear at 12–18". Premium lots; ideal for retail showcases.
A Minor micro‑marks; no dents or deep scratches. Most popular grade for resellers.
A‑ Light wear on frame/back; display clear when on. Great balance of value & cosmetics.
B Visible wear or small nicks; fully functional. Best for budget channels.
C Heavy wear; housing scratches or minor glass wear. Clear price advantage; function passes core tests.

Shipping, Turnaround & DOA Support

Turnaround

Most lots ship within 24–48 hours. Same‑day local delivery available in select areas.

Packaging

Bubble‑wrapped devices in compartment trays; anti‑static protection; batch labels with IMEI/serial.

DOA Policy

Dead‑on‑arrival swap on verified functional defects reported within 7 business days of receipt.

FAQ

Can you run custom test scripts?

Yes. We can tailor steps (e.g., carrier‑specific checks, kiosk mode, MDM enrollment) and attach the results to your lot report.

Do you provide IMEI lists?

Absolutely. Batches ship with a CSV (IMEI/serial, model, storage, color, grade). Sample file available on request.

How do you handle data?

Devices are factory‑reset and account‑unlocked (iCloud/FRP) before grading. We double‑verify wipes and activation readiness.

What is the warranty?

Standard DOA swap within 7 business days from delivery. Extended coverage is available for enterprise accounts.
